Clients can receive a full refund by canceling 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notification will be charged the full price of the service (100% of the service price).
Clients more than 15 minutes late may not receive the full service and will be considered a no-show.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients must reschedule their appointment within 4 hours of the original appointment time.
A re-schedule fee of $50, in addition to the service cost, will be charged.
