What can I expect?
We treat in-home massages the same as in-spa. Our therapists will arrive 30 minutes early to set up their equipment.
Where will they set up?
We ask that you have designated spot for your appointment in mind that is clear of furniture. We do leave it to the discretion of the therapist whether they will be inside or outside for that appointment due to the Florida temperatures. We will do our best to accommodate your requests on location for the treatment, however, we would greatly appreciate a main level location.
How far does Vivo service?
We travel up to 5 miles around Rosemary.
How many appointments and therapists do you send?
Depending on availability and time of year we can send two of our qualified therapists or estheticians to your location. We only book at the 80 or 110 minute duration of service if you request a single appointment.
Do I have to select all of my services/enhancements prior to my appointment?
Yes. In order for you to have the best experience, we ask you to make all of your selections prior to the appointment in order for us to be well prepared.
